White Truffles in Chinese Cuisine | 中餐里的白松露

For the month of November, Master Chef Goh Chee Kong of Min Jiang at One-North created a special menu with the season’s most coveted “White Diamond” of the kitchen – White Truffles. He shares with us how he infused the unique aroma of white truffles into modern Chinese dishes. The truffles have been flown in fresh from Alba, Northern Italy.
